Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience with school-based occupational therapy highly valued
• Familiarity with a range of caseloads, including elementary, middle, and high school students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for teamwork with educators and families
• Knowledgeable in conducting individual and overflow evaluations, as well as developing intervention plans
• Motivated, compassionate, and flexible in adapting to a variety of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive onsite occupational therapy services across designated schools
• Manage elementary/middle or elementary/high school caseloads, supporting students’ progress and participation in school activities
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and contribute to the team’s eligibility decisions
• Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans in alignment with students’ IEPs and educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to promote student growth
• Participate in meetings, provide consultative services, and support ongoing student evaluations
