Bakery ManagerIndustrial Job Title: Bakery Manager Location: Porter, OK Pay: $11-13/hourJob Description: It combines some work with Excel and Google Sheets spreadsheets that I currently create for the kitchen on a daily & weekly basis along with food safety responsibility and supervision of kitchen staff. Here's a quick list of job duties and expectations.Bakery Manager:Must have experience working in a bakery. Must enjoy baking.Must be committed to following the rules of the store and food safety.Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment while keeping calm and producing quality products.Must be honest and loyal to the staff, customers and ownership.Must have experience in a supervisor role. Must enjoy working and leading others.Must be able to lead the kitchen staff with a positive, encouraging attitude. Must be respectful of others.Must have food safety knowledge and a passion to providing quality, safe food to customers.Must have computer experience. Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.Must be able to analyze the spreadsheet data to forecast future inventory needs.Must be able to place orders with food vendors and maintain a good relationship with them with the store's success in mind.Must have good communication skills in speech and written instructions.Must be flexible when circumstances change the planned jobs, schedules etc.Must be flexible with work hours changing from around 35 hours per week (4 -5 days per week) in the fall and winter to around 55 hours (5 - 6 days) per week the summer.Must be available Saturdays and some Sundays.
