• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries

• Schedule appointments and maintain client calendars

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients

• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, text, and email

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Coordinate with advisors to ensure a seamless client experience

• Assist with administrative and office support tasks

• Help strengthen long-term client relationships

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude with a servant’s heart

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable using computers and learning new software

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Customer service experience preferred but not required
