Experienced Assembler (1st and 2nd Shift)

Edwards Lifesciences seeks an experienced assembler for medical device manufacturing in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role involves precision assembly work across multiple production lines on 1st or 2nd shift, with opportunities for skill development in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble medical devices using hand tools and equipment at multiple work stations following work orders and technical drawings
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks under magnification; review colleague work and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain compliance with work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards; record device history and enter manufacturing data
- Complete inventory reconciliation at shift start and during work order transitions; clean and sanitize workstations
- Adhere to environmental health, safety, and cleanroom protocols; support continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency
Requirements
- 2 years of medical device manufacturing assembly experience
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write English fluently
- Elementary-level understanding of numerical functions
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (preferred)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision following detailed instructions
