We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Dental Assistant who shares our passion for dentistry and patient care. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our dentists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a safe and organized clinical environment. Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Dentrix
• Eaglesoft
• Infection Control License
• Open Dental

Valid Massachusetts Dental Assisting License (required).
Current CPR certification.
Solid knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments.
Experience in sterilization and infection control best practices.
Ability to operate dental software, preferably Dentrix.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to foster positive patient interactions.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.

Job Description

Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures to ensure efficiency and safety.
Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including taking X-rays, suctioning, and instrument handling.
Take and process digital dental X-rays accurately.
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Maintain and update accurate patient records using Dentrix and other dental software systems.
Perform basic dental laboratory tasks as required.
Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and care.

Shift & Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Saturdays and Sundays: Closed
No weekend shifts
