Job Description

We are seeking a Housekeeper for out Motel, to join our team! You will perform a variety of light cleaning and organizing duties.

Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional for fast-paced, independent room turnovers. You will be responsible for ensuring every room is sanitized, fresh, and perfectly reset to our professional standards.

Schedule: Daily work, hours vary per day, 10 AM – 2:00 PM (Flexible/Increased hours on weekends/Mondays). work hours changes from 2 to 5 hours per day of work it varies.

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00/hour + 100% of guest tips

Key Responsibilities

Room Turnover (15–25 mins/room) depend of room condition at checkout: Deep clean bathrooms, kitchenettes (fridge/stove/dishes), and floors. Dust, vacuum, bugs, ceiling fans, and ensure surfaces are hair-free., make bed, and have room ready for guest arrival
Laundry & Supplies: Process linens (stain-free/disinfected), restock toiletries, coffee supplies, and paper products.
Property Care: Maintain common areas, clean windows (inside/out), and report maintenance issues or supply needs in writing.
Guest Interaction: Assist with basic requests (e.g., lockouts) and maintain professional boundaries.

Requirements

Experience: Previous hotel, commercial, or custodial cleaning experience preferred.
Traits: Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently without supervision.
Standards: Strict "no drugs/alcohol/smoke/drama " policy. Must take pride in high-quality work.
Physical: Ability to lift/move items as needed and work at a brisk pace.

Uniform & Logistics

Attire: Solid-colored polo or modest T-shirt with khaki, navy, or black work pants/shorts. Slip-on shoes/flip-flops are recommended for easy removal while cleaning inside rooms.
Transport: Must have a reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities:

Ensure a clean and orderly environment
Sterilize various tools and equipment
Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
Strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic
