Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive a box truck when needed.

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive a box truck when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to meet productivity goals.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Drive a box truck for local deliveries as required.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Box truck driving experience (local routes preferred).
- Forklift certification or experience .
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean background check.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
