Job Full Description

Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive a box truck when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to meet productivity goals.
Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
Drive a box truck for local deliveries as required.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Communicate effectively with management and team members.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Box truck driving experience (local routes preferred).
Forklift certification or experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Clean background check.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
