Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Lakeland, Florida.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 1 year of Physical Therapist experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with some weekends if needed
• On-call not required
• Territory: Lakeland area
• Required to go into the office once per week for a case conference
• Orientation provided on the first day

Lakeland offers access to outdoor recreation and central Florida connectivity. Lake Mirror and Hollis Garden sit near downtown, while Circle B Bar Reserve provides trails and wildlife viewing about 15 miles away. The city is positioned between Tampa and Orlando, each roughly 35 to 40 miles away, which supports access to major airports, entertainment districts, and weekend attractions. Lakeland also features a walkable downtown, multiple lakes within city limits, and nearby access to Polk Parkway for regional travel.
