Remote RN Care Manager for Kidney Health

Renalogic

Renalogic is seeking a Clinical Care Manager to provide remote health coaching for members at risk for chronic kidney disease. This position requires a valid RN license and a minimum of five years of RN experience. Ideal candidates should have experience developing care plans and be willing to work late shifts in the Pacific or Mountain time zone.
