Regional Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee residential property maintenance operations across multiple Arizona markets, including Tucson, Phoenix, and Prescott Valley. This leadership role is responsible for managing maintenance technicians, dispatch personnel, vendors, and work order execution while ensuring high-quality service, cost control, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive residential maintenance and construction knowledge, strong leadership experience, and a proven ability to manage teams across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Maintenance Technicians and Dispatch Coordinators. Oversee daily maintenance operations for residential properties across multiple regions. Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders to ensure timely completion. Manage technician scheduling, dispatch operations, and workforce utilization. Conduct regular field visits and property inspections to evaluate work quality and team performance. Train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects. Develop and monitor maintenance budgets and control operating expenses. Review maintenance metrics, service levels, and productivity reports. Handle escalated maintenance issues and resident concerns. Ensure proper inventory management of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies. Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs. Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer service. Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of maintenance management experience. Minimum 3 years managing maintenance technicians, supervisors, or dispatch teams. Strong residential maintenance and construction background. Knowledge of: Drywall Painting Cabinetry Doors and windows Appliances Plumbing Electrical systems HVAC systems General carpentry Flooring and baseboards Experience managing multiple locations or territories preferred. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience with maintenance software, work order systems, and scheduling platforms. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications Property management industry experience. Trade certifications and/or contractor license. Budgeting and vendor management experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
