About the Role:
A Hair Day Salon & Spa LLC in Bradenton, FL is looking for a talented and passionate Experienced Hair Stylist to join their team! If you love creating stunning looks, building lasting client relationships, and working in a vibrant salon environment, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of hair services including cuts, color, highlights, balayage, and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend personalized treatments
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming styling station at all times
- Build and retain a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with salon team members to ensure a positive guest experience
- Promote and retail salon products to enhance client hair care routines
Requirements:
- Valid Florida Cosmetology License required
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon setting
- Proficiency in cutting, coloring, and chemical services
- Strong communication and client consultation skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Self-motivated with a passion for the beauty industry
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
