Technologist - Mammography

Position Overview Performs imaging procedures and treatments following radiology standards to assist in diagnosis and treatment. Responsible for developing and implementing procedure plans, utilizing appropriate techniques, and ensuring optimal results. Key Duties Include Applying radiologic principles with proper positioning and technique Completing documentation per hospital policies Maintaining equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition Participating in quality improvement activities Achieving assigned goals Qualifications & Skills Minimum requirement: Basic computer skills, BLS certification within 30 days, and state licensure as needed Preferred: 6 months mammography experience, ARRT(R) certification, and ARRT(M) certification within 12 months Education & Certification Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), with preferred certification in mammography (ARRT(M)) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within specified timeframe #J-18808-Ljbffr Health, Inc
