Responsibilities include setup, surgery assistance, scanning, X-rays, order placement, sterilization, and patient communication. Responsibilities Live company core values Take intraoral scans and patient photos Take X-rays and cone beam scans Set up and clear operating rooms Place orders for supplies and implants Assist doctor during surgical implant and cosmetic procedures Deliver pre- and post-op instructions Perform sterilization and daily cleaning Manage patient expectations and deliver excellent patient care Qualifications Dental Assistant with all required state certifications Registered with the state if required Self-starter who works well in a team Patient‑centric with strong communication skills Outgoing and empathetic Flexible and quick learner Good organizational skills and high level of office aptitude A Day in the Life Procedure prep: prepare instruments and discuss procedure with the doctor. Morning huddle: review schedule and patient needs. Meet lab deadlines and work efficiently with lab. Overcome obstacles such as equipment challenges and patient delays.
