Facility: Doctors Community Rehabilitation and Patient Care Center
Shift: 7am 3:30pm (five days in a week that includes EOW)
Contract: 5 weeks
Start: TBD

Requirements:
- State LPN license
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
- Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADLs, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RNs.
- Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
