Product Marketing Specialist - Content Marketing Writer

This role is ideal for a skilled writer who thrives on storytelling, content strategy, and demand generation. The successful candidate will create compelling content that drives customer engagement, supports marketing campaigns, and contributes to business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform complex topics into clear, persuasive content across multiple channels. Position Details Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time Work Arrangement: M-F Start Date: October 19, 2026 Key Responsibilities Develop engaging content for demand generation and advertising campaigns Create copy for digital ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing assets Write blog posts, newsletter articles, customer stories, and product-focused content Interview subject matter experts to uncover insights and develop compelling narratives Translate technical and industry-specific concepts into audience-friendly content Maintain and manage content calendars and publishing schedulesSupport customer communication initiatives, newsletters, and account bulletins Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns focused on customer retention and growth Assist with product launches, promotions, and thought leadership initiatives Coordinate marketing collateral updates and campaign assets Collaborate with product marketing, product management, demand generation, and customer success teams Ensure timely delivery of content across multiple projects and deadlines Systems & Tools Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Marketing Automation Platforms (Pardot preferred) Content Management Systems (Sitecore preferred) Basic HTML knowledge Email marketing and content publishing tools Qualifications Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of published work Proven ability to create high-impact marketing and promotional content Strong storytelling, editorial, and narrative development capabilities Experience interviewing stakeholders or subject matter experts to gather content insights Understanding of marketing strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, and content development Strong research and information-gathering skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and project management abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience supporting email marketing, content marketing, or demand generation initiatives Familiarity with marketing automation and CMS platforms is preferred Benefits Information Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
