Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Mother Baby to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for postpartum and high-risk obstetric patients.
• Manage medications including Pitocin and Magnesium, ensuring compliance with medical protocols.
• Conduct routine postpartum assessments and support lactation and newborn care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient recovery and care quality.
• Adapt to floating assignments between Issaquah and Edmonds campuses as required.
• Ensure accurate documentation in EPIC, maintaining patient confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and compact license recognized at all Swedish facilities.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in high-volume hospital settings.
• Certifications in BLS and NRP are mandatory.
• Proven experience with high-risk obstetric care, including postpartum hemorrhage management.
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system is required.
• Ability to float to specific campus sites and cover weekends as scheduled.
