In this role, you will help design, build, and operate the infrastructure and tooling that enables secure, scalable, and reliable systems across the firm. You will work closely with platform, security, and development teams to embed security into our infrastructure without slowing down innovation.This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, automating workflows, and improving the developer and operator experience while maintaining a strong security posture.What you'll be doing:Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines or implementing GitOps workflowsBuild and implement tooling to support initiatives like data pipelinesHelp design and work with various security engineers to provide solutions to help with development pipelines, including DAST, SAST, etc.Support security tools like HashiCorp VaultImprove observability, monitoring, and alerting for security and infrastructure systemsAutomate operational and security processes to reduce manual effort and riskSupport containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) with a focus on secure configuration and runtime protectionsAssist in incident response and remediation efforts related to infrastructure and deployment systemsContinuously evaluate and improve system reliability, scalability, and security postureWhat we're looking for:Strong programming/scripting skillsExperience building and maintaining CI/CD systemsHands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized environments, across multiple clusters and environmentsSolid understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentalsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid environmentsUnderstanding of security fundamentals (e.g., secrets management, least privilege, vulnerability management)Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently drive work to completionStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsBonus Points For:Experience integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with policy-as-code (OPA, Sentinel, etc.)Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, etc.)Background in high-performance or low-latency environmentsThe annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000 depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
