General Manager

We are a very high-volume restaurant concept with a very diverse menu, looking for a general manager to oversee the running of our restaurant. Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and train staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Meets restaurant financial objectives by preparing strategic and annual forecasts & budgets
• Accountable for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant
• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Motivate staff during busy shifts
• Build brand awareness through various media outlets
• Support strong financial results through labor and cost of goods management
• Building employee morale and reducing turnover

Qualifications:

• Must come from a tourist corridor restaurant or hotel
• Currently in a general manager or f&b role
• High-volume environment of $15m+ annually
• P&l accountability
• Must be able to speak to numbers with confidence
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
