Architecture Services Program Analyst

Salary: $110,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills, with the ability to plan ahead across multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel, including advanced Excel expertise with complex formulas, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and pivot tables.
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects without close supervision.
  • Proactive mindset with a self-directed approach to identifying next steps.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to meet internal and external expectations, build trust, and maintain effective relationships.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity, adapting to change, and making decisions without having all the details.
  • Strong interpersonal judgment and diplomacy when working with a wide range of people.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
  • Support our program strategy team on large, complex sourcing and vendor management initiatives.
  • Review complex data sets such as vendor performance metrics, evaluation data, portfolio coverage details, and RFI/RFP responses to generate practical insights.
  • Develop polished Excel and PowerPoint materials, including visualizations, comparison charts, scoring models, vendor assessments, evaluation reports, and executive-level presentations.
  • Convert large volumes of data into concise metrics, scorecards, and analysis for decision-making and stakeholder review.
  • Perform detailed lookups, cross-checks, and verification across vendor sources, internal databases, portfolio systems, and program records to protect data accuracy.
  • Use advanced Excel tools and analytics platforms to process responses, vendor information, and program data.
  • Manage several analytical projects simultaneously from start to finish with minimal oversight, including database creation, evaluation scoring, and geographic coverage analysis.
  • Lead stakeholder communications and present findings, comparisons, and recommendations to senior leaders and program partners.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and program documentation.
  • Maintain program files, templates, tracking tools, and best-practice materials on SharePoint.
  • Identify data quality concerns, process bottlenecks, program risks, and improvement opportunities, then implement corrective actions.
  • Build and sustain professional relationships with JLL colleagues, partner organizations, client leadership, and vendors.
  • Provide analytical and coordination support through sourcing, selection, onboarding, and program launch stages.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, vendor logistics, executive communications, and broader program coordination.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as travel coordination, expense reporting, meeting organization, and team support.
  • Collaborate actively with stakeholders and use platform support resources.
  • Support client communications, conferences, and program events.
  • Deliver strong client service in all interactions with client stakeholders and vendor partners.
  • Contribute to the development of our capabilities and program best practices.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
