Shift Leaders

Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

Team Environment

• Support a respectful team environment
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members
• Support the training of team members as requested
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members

Operational Excellence

• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Resolve guest issues
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws

Profitability

• Drive sales goals and results
• Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
• Manage cash over/short during shift
• Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards

Shift Leader Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred

IT ALL STARTED 35 YEARS AGO WITH TWO GUYS DRIVEN BY HUNGER The year was 1982. Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery had recently moved to Ohio from Buffalo, New York. All was fine until one day when the two were craving wings. Not just ordinary wings, but authentic Buffalo, New York-style chicken wings. With none to be found nearby, Jim and Scott had two choices: road trip to New York, or open a wing joint close to home. Lucky for us, they chose the latter.
