Join Pediatrix Medical Group as a Neonatologist at Miller Children's and Women's Hospital in Long Beach, California. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a premier Regional Level IV NICU, contributing to a dynamic team that provides top-tier care to a high volume of neonatal patients. You will be part of a national team making a significant impact on neonatal care, supported by affiliations with prestigious academic institutions and a commitment to continuous quality improvement. Practice Info Work at Miller Children's and Women's Hospital, a premier Regional Level IV NICU. The NICU has an average daily census of 55 and approximately 1,400 patient admissions annually. Supported by Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians, Ob Hospitalists, and a full range of on-site pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties, including a renowned pediatric cardiovascular program. Services include maternal and neonatal transport, whole body cooling, iNO, Palliative Care Program, Telemedicine, and a Small Baby Unit. The NICU is integrated with the residency and fellowship programs of the University of California Irvine and Children's Hospital of Orange County. Responsibilities Actively participate in a robust CQI program. Compensation Base compensation is $240,000 - $375,000 with bonus potential.
