Exciting contract opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist to make a direct impact in an engaging school community. This assignment runs from August 6th through May 28th and welcomes experienced travelers ready to support students onsite near Kyle, TX.

Candidates with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and a passion for school-based practice will thrive here. Approximately 60 students will be assigned per SLP, spanning a mix of grade levels from preschool through high school, including special programs. Your expertise and preferences will help determine your specific caseload and 1-2 assigned campuses.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license for Texas and ASHA CCC required
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Capacity to handle diverse caseloads across PK-12
• Comfortable working onsite at one or two campuses

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students
• Conduct assessments, write and implement IEPs, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
• Adapt strategies to meet a variety of student needs and grade levels
• Participate in eligibility, ARD meetings, and support ongoing progress monitoring
