Compensation: $140/hour + Full Benefits + Loan Repayment Eligible She Recruits is partnering with a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Los Angeles County to recruit mission-driven Family Medicine Physicians for multiple outpatient clinic locations. This organization has been serving underserved and uninsured communities since 1971 and is in active expansion mode. This is a strictly outpatient position with:
- Monday-Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No nights
- No weekends
- No call
- Family Medicine Physicians
- Pediatricians
- Internists
- Endocrinologists
- Dentists
- PAs & NPs
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers
- 20-24 patients per day
- Medi-Cal and Medicare primary payors
- Approximately 180,000 visits annually across 48,000 patients
- Culturally sensitive, community-based care
- Approved NHSC Scholar Site
- Occurrence-based malpractice coverage
- Medical, Dental, Vision (Blue Cross)
- 10 vacation days
- 7 sick days
- 13 paid holidays
- CME paid time off + stipend
