Position Teacher - Psychologist Job Summary The Teacher Psychologist provides critical support to students, families, and educators by delivering comprehensive psychological services to the Lakota Local School District. The role focuses on assessing student needs, implementing interventions, and fostering a positive school climate that promotes academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success. The psychologist collaborates with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized strategies, ensuring students receive the support necessary to thrive in school. Key Responsibilities Assess student needs and determine eligibility for special education services. Develop and implement individualized interventions and support plans. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to tailor strategies. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including IDEA. Serve as a member of the multidisciplinary team to monitor ongoing progress. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program. Valid Professional School Psychologist License from the Ohio Board of Psychology. Experience working with diverse student populations in a K-12 setting. Valid driver's license. Working Conditions 7.75 hours per day, 5 days per week, 184 days per school year calendar. Application Procedure Apply online at through the Butler County Area Application Consortium.
