Boatners Service in Tucson, AZ is looking for a skilled Automotive Technician A to join their team! Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models
• Conduct engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical system repairs
• Use diagnostic scan tools and equipment to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues
• Complete thorough multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings clearly
• Maintain accurate repair orders and document all work performed
• Mentor and support junior technicians on the shop floor
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work bay

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience as a lead or A-level technician
• ASE certifications preferred (Master Technician status a plus)
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, scan equipment, and repair software
• Strong knowledge of engine, drivetrain, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Own a complete set of professional-grade tools
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
