Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous development of our care models
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
Provide education and support to patients and their families on various aspects of their care
