This opportunity is a customer service position within a successful State Farm Agency. The agency is a dynamic organization backed by many years of industry experience. It is a vital role for the agency, as it involves both the acquisition (proactive & reactive) of new business and the effective servicing of existing policies and households.

Insurance Sales Representative Requirements include:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• People-oriented
• Organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• P&C is license preferred.

Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Servicing of existing customers/households
• Engaging in proactive policy retention strategies
• Quoting and preparation of insurance proposals
• Setting and conducting Quality Conversations.
• Being personally responsible for hitting team and individual sales goals
• Assisting the agent with various research and follow-up tasks
