Registered Nurse - Part-time

Senior Helpers Part Time/RN PositionSenior Helpers Kernersville is expanding and needs your specialized talent in home care and RN License!The Senior Helpers Part time/RN position will be responsible for on-boarding new clients nurse assessments, plan of care, supervisory visits, and overseeing competencies for our caregivers. This role will cover the Kernersville, Winston Salem, and Greensboro area. A Senior Helpers vehicle will be provided for transportation and making these home care visits.Reports To: President/JRPrimary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):Perform client assessments; coordinate with the office staff to ensure client starts in a timely mannerPerform RN assessments, supervisory visits for clients and caregivers, and skills trainingOn call answering as neededManage client's concerns, needs, or issuesEntering and updating care plans for clients as their needs changeQualificationsCurrent RN NC license and maintain active license preferred with demonstrated experience growing the Piedmont Triad RegionValid drivers licenseMust have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environmentMust have excellent phone skills and follow-up skills with prospects and key influence center personnelProactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership abilityMinimum of one-year experience in the home health industry developing and managingBachelor’s degree and three years of related work experience strongly preferredProficiently in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook requiredAbility to learn other software programs quicklyStrong verbal and written communication skills requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSenior Helpers helps provide in-home non-medical senior assistance services to allow families’ loved ones to age from the comfort of their homes.
