Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services in an inpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning
• Adhere to facility policies, regulatory standards, and professional practice guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Illinois
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Non-local candidates only — local candidates are not eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient hospital setting
• Familiarity with acute care patient populations and interdisciplinary team collaboration
