$50,000–$60,000 Base Salary + Commission

True North Restoration of Savannah is looking for an outside salesperson who wants to do more than manage accounts.

We want someone who wants to build a market.

You'll represent True North throughout the greater Savannah business community, developing relationships with the professionals and organizations that influence where restoration work goes.

This is a role for someone who enjoys opening doors, meeting decision-makers, creating opportunities, and watching a territory become more valuable because of the relationships they've built.

The Opportunity

Think about what happens when a commercial building floods.

A pipe bursts.

An apartment community experiences water damage.

A business suffers a fire.

The property owner usually doesn't start researching restoration companies from scratch.

They call someone they already know or ask someone they trust.

Your job is to make sure True North is already in that conversation.

You'll build relationships throughout Savannah with:

• Property Managers
• Insurance Agents & Adjusters
• Plumbers
• HVAC Contractors
• Facility Professionals
• Commercial Property Professionals
• Business Owners
• Contractors
• Local Referral Partners

Those relationships become the foundation of your territory.

You're Building a Book of Business

This isn't an account-management position where someone hands you an established list of customers.

You'll create your own opportunities.

You'll identify the right people.

You'll introduce yourself.

You'll earn meetings.

You'll build trust.

And over time, you'll develop a network of people who know exactly who to call when they encounter a restoration need.

What You'll Do

Most of your week will be spent in the Savannah market:

• Prospecting new commercial and referral relationships
• Meeting decision-makers face-to-face
• Conducting discovery meetings
• Developing referral partnerships
• Visiting and strengthening existing relationships
• Attending networking events and trade associations
• Representing True North at local business functions
• Educating prospects about restoration and emergency response services
• Managing follow-up and pipeline activity through CRM
• Coordinating with operations when opportunities become active projects
• Consistently building new opportunities throughout your territory

You'll have sales systems, marketing support, coaching, CRM tools, and operational support behind you.

But this is still outside sales.

You have to create the activity.
