Warehouse Kitter

Pay: $23.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | MondayFriday | 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

Interviews: Available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

Overview

We are seeking a Kitter to support manufacturing operations by pulling, kitting, and staging materials for the assembly line. This role requires strong ERP experience, RF scanner experience, and solid computer skills. Candidates must be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts and materials based on work orders and prepare kits for assembly.
• Use RF scanners and ERP systems to process inventory transactions.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and materials for accuracy.
• Rebag, label, and stage materials for production.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

• Strong ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, Costpoint, or similar).
• RF scanner experience required.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience in kitting, material handling, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and BOMs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace, manufacturing, or defense industry experience.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required).

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
