Executive Advisor

Position Overview

The Executive Advisor serves as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, providing counsel, analysis, and coordination across enterprise-wide priorities.

This role operates at the intersection of International Motors' strategy, governance, executive decision-making, and stakeholder alignment, with a TRATON-group context.

The Executive Advisor acts as an extension of the CEO, anticipating issues, shaping perspectives, and ensuring disciplined execution of top-management agendas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a sounding board to the CEO on enterprise priorities and critical strategic decisions
• Support and drive the CEO's governance cadence, including ELT meetings, executive forums, board-related activities, and key leadership engagements
• Shape and curate executive-level materials that support decision-making and ensure the CEO is fully prepared and effective in all meetings and strategic engagements
• Anticipate emerging risks, opportunities, and interdependencies across the global organization and proactively surface insights for executive action
• Enable clarity, alignment, and follow-through on CEO-sponsored priorities by coordinating senior leaders, surfacing competing priorities, and ensuring execution across enterprise
• Navigate cultural, organizational, and governance complexity inherent in a global environment

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of strategic planning, business intelligence, project coordination or business analytics providing data-based strategic direction experience
• At least 2 years of lead experience

OR

• Master's degree and at least 5 years of strategic planning, business intelligence, project coordination or business analytics providing data-based strategic direction experience
• At least 2 years of lead experience

OR

• At least 12 years of strategic planning, business intelligence, project coordination or business analytics providing data-based strategic direction experience
• At least 2 years of lead experience

Additional Requirements

• Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. • Proven capability to work independently, drive initiatives, and navigate complex senior-stakeholder landscapes
• Experience facilitating executive decision-making and aligning diverse perspectives
• Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters
• Executive presence and credibility with senior leaders and boards
• Strong stakeholder management and influence without authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience from International Motors or other Traton brand
• Fluent in English
• Background in strategy, corporate planning, transformation, or executive advisory roles.
• Experience within industrial, manufacturing, or transportation sectors.
• Prior people or program leadership experience
• Experience working in a global organization
• Global travel required, aligned to CEO engagements and enterprise priorities (up to 30%).
