We are currently seeking to hire a Sales/Sales Management to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

We are Globe Life | Family Heritage Division and we market Exclusive supplemental products through direct sales. We market products for one of the fastest growing privately held insurance companies in America: Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America, a major subsidiary of Globe Life (GL).
100% Commission position, plus monthly bonuses. Weekly Pay!!
We are looking for smart, hardworking individuals who would like to help people while building a financial legacy for themselves and their families. In order to be successful with Family Heritage you must be: A self-starter. Success-oriented. Coachable: have a desire to be trained to maximize your potential and be willing to listen to constructive criticism in order to achieve it. Service Oriented: the needs and goals of clients and the team comes before your own. Career-Minded: In it for the long haul. Prior experience with supplemental health is NOT necessary as we have an excellent track record for those with no prior industry experience
