Location: Fresno, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Pay Rate: $45.00 – $50.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (Paid quarterly during the first year of employment)
Schedule: Full-Time | Afternoon Shifts (AM/PM/Weekend availability)
Relocation Assistance: Available (Discussed during the interview)
State Licensure Reimbursement: Available after 90 days of employment

Job Overview

Radiologic Technologists to join its mobile diagnostic imaging team in Fresno, CA . In this role, you will provide portable X-ray and EKG services (if applicable) to patients in nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, home health settings, and other healthcare facilities. This position offers independence, variety, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering diagnostic care directly to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform portable digital X-ray examinations using DR/CR equipment.
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and transmit them to radiologists for interpretation.
• Perform EKGs when required and transmit results to cardiologists.
• Safely transport, unload, and operate portable imaging equipment at healthcare facilities.
• Complete and submit examination documentation and billing paperwork accurately.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, physicians, and facility staff.
• Maintain company vehicle and portable X-ray equipment.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and company policies.
• Deliver compassionate and professional patient care across multiple care settings.

Qualifications

• ARRT Certification (Required)
• Active California Radiologic Technologist License
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
• Ability to travel between healthcare facilities
• COVID-19 Vaccination or approved exemption (if applicable)
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Afternoon Shifts
• AM/PM/Weekend availability
• Weekend work based on patient caseload (paid as overtime when applicable)
• On-call rotation required
