Elemental Commercial Services is seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Residential Service & Growth Manager to help expand and scale our growing residential electrical services business. About Elemental Commercial Services Elemental Commercial Services is an established Colorado electrical contractor serving commercial and residential customers throughout the Denver Metro Area. We have invested in the infrastructure necessary to support growth, including ServiceTitan, Podium Communications Platform, HubSpot CRM, Scheduling Pro, an established customer base, digital marketing programs, and operational support systems. Our objective is to build a best-in-class residential service organization focused on exceptional customer experience, recurring revenue, operational excellence, and long-term customer relationships. Position Summary The Residential Service & Growth Manager will be responsible for growing residential service revenue, developing customer relationships, supporting service operations, driving recurring revenue initiatives, and establishing the systems and processes necessary to scale the division. This position is ideal for a licensed Residential Wireman who enjoys working directly with customers, building referral networks, developing business opportunities, and helping grow a company. Schedule Requirements Residential service demand is highest during evenings and weekends. The successful candidate must be available to work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. A flexible workweek will be structured around these required operating days; examples may include Friday through Tuesday or Thursday through Monday. Schedule will be designed to maximize customer responsiveness while maintaining work‑life flexibility. Primary Responsibilities Business Development & Revenue Growth Grow residential service revenue Develop and expand referral relationships Generate repeat business opportunities Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, and community contacts Leverage personal customer relationships to drive new business Support local networking and business development efforts Customer Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for residential customers Conduct customer consultations Evaluate customer needs and service opportunities Build long‑term customer relationships Resolve customer concerns professionally Service Operations Coordinate residential service activities Support scheduling and dispatch operations Improve booking conversion rates Increase average service ticket values Monitor service performance metrics Improve operational efficiency Membership & Recurring Revenue Programs Promote customer membership enrollment Increase customer retention Support recurring revenue initiatives Strengthen customer lifetime value Team Development Assist with recruiting and onboarding future service personnel Support training initiatives Promote accountability and customer service excellence Technology Utilization ServiceTitan Podium HubSpot Scheduling Pro Customer communication platforms Qualifications Required Colorado Residential Wireman License Minimum 3 years of residential electrical service experience Strong customer service and communication skills Proven ability to build customer relationships Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities Valid Colorado Driver’s License Preferred Existing residential customer relationships Established referral network ServiceTitan experience Residential sales experience Property management relationships Realtor relationshipsSmall business networking experience What We’re Looking For Thinks like an entrepreneur Understands customer service Enjoys building relationships Takes ownership of results Understands residential service work Wants to help build something larger than themselves Brings existing customer and referral relationships that can contribute to immediate growth Compensation Package Base Salary $65,000–$80,000 (based on experience, licensing, leadership ability, and demonstrated growth potential).
