Established (25+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Employment Law Associate Attorney for Employment Litigation and Counseling in Boston, Massachusetts
An established firm based in Boston, Massachusetts with over 25 years in practice is seeking an Employment Law Associate Attorney with 3+ years to join their team hybrid. This Attorney will have experience with employment litigation, workplace counseling, discrimination claims, wage and hour matters, and compliance advisory, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.
Offer :
Salary range: $130,000-$180,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications :
Admission to the Massachusetts bar and in good standing
3+ years of experience handling employment law matters in a law firm setting
Experience with employment litigation including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage cases independently and collaborate within a team environment
Client-facing experience with strong communication and counseling skills
Responsibilities :
Handle all phases of employment litigation from pleadings through trial and resolution
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other court filings
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
Advise employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
Assist with internal investigations and workplace policy development
Collaborate with partners and team members on complex employment matters
