Diesel Mechanic

The Diesel Mechanic maintains a fleet of heavy duty trucks providing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repair. Essential Functions include:

• Maintain fleet of trucks
• Diagnosing and repairing heavy duty trucks and equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively to ensure efficient repairs are made
• Evaluate truck performance
• Inspect equipment
• Report mechanical issues and problems to shop manager
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company's core values, competencies, and skills.

Education Qualifications:

• High School or Equivalent required

Experience Qualifications:

• 1+ years of diesel mechanic experience
• Diagnostic experience helpful

Licenses and Certifications:

• Valid drivers license or CDL required
• ASE certifications preferred

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

• Works in a shop
• Works under, on or various positions on a truck
• May lift or move 50 lbs+
• May occasionally perform service calls
