Travelin' Tom's Coffee Barista Position

We are seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Barista. As a Barista at Travelin' Tom's Coffee, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee beverages, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee truck. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, cold brews, and more.
• Greet customers and take orders, providing friendly and efficient service.
• Operate coffee-making equipment, ensuring proper brewing techniques and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines.
• Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.
• Engage with customers, promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with setting up and closing down the coffee truck as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a barista or customer service role preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn about coffee and different brewing methods.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
