Seeking an IT Support Associate for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Hebron KY.
Pay: $55K - $60KBenefits: PTO Medical Dental Vision and 401k
What Youll Do
- Provide frontline technical support for hardware software network and application issues.
- Set up and manage user accounts permissions security groups and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding including account setup and equipment deployment.
- Configure deploy troubleshoot and maintain computers mobile devices printers and peripherals.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook Teams SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Assist with ERP and other business-critical applications.
- Maintain IT asset inventories and software licensing records.
- Troubleshoot connectivity application and system issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
- Coordinate with our MSP and technology vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Assist with cybersecurity system upgrades technology projects and IT documentation.
- 2 years of professional IT support or help desk experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory and user account administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware software and basic network issues.
- Familiarity with Outlook Teams SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP DNS DHCP Wi-Fi and VPNs.
- Experience with IT ticketing/help desk systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to security and confidentiality.
Education: Associate degree in IT Computer Science or a related field preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
