Inventory Control Coordinator

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Inventory Control Coordinator positions in Bohemia, NY. Responsibilities:

· Research, track, release, and ship products utilizing Inventory Management Systems, Receiving Systems, production schedules, and carrier databases such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

· Manage inventory transactions, verify receipt of manufactured goods, track incoming materials from vendors and clients, and maintain accurate inventory records using FIFO methodology.

· Enter product and shipment data accurately, customize shipments to customer requirements, and ensure proper identification and accountability of all inventory and labels.

· Operate warehouse equipment, transport materials, maintain shipping supply levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and business objectives.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent and strong computer literacy with experience using inventory management systems and data entry applications.

· Valid, clean New York State Driver’s License that must be maintained in good standing throughout employment.

· Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while meeting tight timelines with minimal errors.

· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., work overtime including weekends as needed, and safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and electronic scales.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
