Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program (Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education). Certification from the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) for PTAs, administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT). Assignment Details 8-hour shifts.
