Role Description The Production Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, supporting the planning and execution of video and content productions. This position assists with scheduling, call sheets, and logistics for shoots, including talent, crew, equipment, and locations. The Production Coordinator tracks project timelines, manages production documents, and communicates updates to internal teams and external partners. Daily responsibilities include coordinating pre-production and production activities, maintaining organized records and assets, and helping ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule. The role also contributes to problem-solving on set and in the office, supporting producers and directors to deliver high-quality content efficiently. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse teams and stakeholders. Candidates should possess Production Planning skills, such as scheduling, resource coordination, and preparing call sheets and production documentation. Candidates should possess Production Management skills, including handling logistics, supporting budgets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Candidates should possess Project Management and Organization Skills, including prioritizing tasks, tracking timelines, and maintaining accurate records. Relevant experience in film, television, digital content, or studio production environments is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in New York, NY, adapt to changing priorities, and remain calm under time-sensitive conditions. Proficiency with production software and tools (e.g., scheduling platforms, spreadsheets, project management tools) is a plus.
