Century Group has partnered with a Financial Services company who is seeking a Retirement Plan Specialist. This is a hybrid position located in Walnut Creek. This is a direct hire position. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting salary: $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
Job Description:- Reconciliation of plan assets.
- Determining individual and plan contribution limitations;
- Performing various levels of non-discrimination tests;
- Preparing administrative reports, statements, and completion of various IRS and DOL filings
Requirements:
- Three years of pension administration experience
- Bachelor's degree
