Clinical Nutrition Manager The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center Fort Lauderdale, FL Position Overview The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Clinical Nutrition Manager to oversee all aspects of clinical nutrition services within our skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring residents receive high-quality, personalized nutrition care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. Clinical Nutrition Manager Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the clinical nutrition program for all residents Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans Monitor residents’ nutritional status and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with federal, state (Florida), and local regulations , including AHCA and CMS guidelines Supervise dietary staff and provide training and education as needed Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards Participate in care plan meetings and quality assurance initiatives Oversee therapeutic diets and ensure proper implementation Support infection control and sanitation standards within the dietary department Clinical Nutrition Manager Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with active registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) (required) Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist in the state of Florida (required) Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations , CMS guidelines, and dietary compliance standards Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Salary: Competitive; based on experience Benefits Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Opportunities for professional growth and advancement an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr The-Savoy-At-Fort-Lauderdale-Rehabilitation-and-Nursing-Center
