We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Processing Specialist / Typist to support our team with accurate data entry, document processing, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals who are organized, comfortable working with computers, and able to maintain accuracy while working independently.

No extensive professional experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided to help successful candidates become familiar with the required processes and tools.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain information accurately in databases and digital systems.
Type and format documents, reports, forms, and other business materials.
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Organize and maintain electronic files and records.
Process information according to established procedures and deadlines.
Identify and correct basic data-entry errors.
Maintain confidentiality when handling company and customer information.
Communicate professionally with team members when clarification or additional information is needed.
Complete assigned tasks independently while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Qualifications
Entry-level candidates are welcome.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Good typing skills with strong attention to detail.
