Envelope Machine Adjuster
Cenveo is hiring immediately Experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Pay & Schedule
* Starting at $26/hr + applicable shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts)
* 2nd shift premium $1.25/hr / 3pm -- 11pm
* 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 11pm -- 7am
* Training is typically on 1st shift (7am -- 3pm); may vary by availability
* Schedule: Mon - Fri / Sat required during busy season/based on business needs.
* Shift availability is subject to change
What You'll Do
* Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines
* Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs
* Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime
* Inspect product quality and minimize waste
* Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement
* Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely
What You Need
* 7+ years envelope machine adjusting experience
* Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances
* Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable
Physical Requirements
* Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs
* Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue
* Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
