Accounts Receivable Clerk

Our company has an opportunity for a results-focused highly driven and experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk. This candidate will be responsible for reconciling and posting all deposits and rental invoices in an accurate efficient and timely manner. This candidate must be highly organized detail-oriented and possess the ability to effectively work both independently and in a team setting.
Essential Responsibilities
Reconciliation of service and parts deposits to the daily CCBR report.
Accurate and timely posting of cash credit card and check deposits.
Accurate and timely posting of Rental Invoices.
Process customer refunds for parts and service transactions.
Communicate with managers regarding discrepancies.
Perform daily reconciliation of Account Receivable accounts to be sent to store Controllers.
Accurate application of intercompany account payments and resolution of discrepancies
Credit card chargeback dispute resolution.
Maintain clean accounting schedules.
Answer customer and management inquiries.
Maintain accurate files for all companies.
Provide assistance with monthly A/R statement preparation.
Other duties as needed within the Accounting Department.
Job Requirements
Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of a consolidated multi- location automotive dealership accounting workflow.
Experience working with CDK
Proven ability to calculate post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid computer and data entry skills.
Intermediate Excel Skills.
Knowledge of uploading Microsoft Excel spreadsheet templates.
Ability to maintain good employee relations by acting courteously respectfully and amicably towards other co-workers.
