Store Manager in Training-Knox County Ohio

For Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc.

Full Time Position – 40 hours a week

Location: Various stores

Pay: $15.45 – $16.39 per hr.

Schedule: Depends on the need of the store you are working in.

Availability: Must have open availability

A successful applicant will...

Have ample experience in retail management
Have working knowledge of retail settings and product display
Have a passion for excellent customer service
Have the ability to work a flexible schedule
Supervise and train employees with enthusiasm as well as understanding
Lead and teach your team how to sort and price donations
Ensure quality control standards

AVAILABILITY:

Work all shifts including Holidays, evenings and weekends.
Shifts vary based on the location you are training in.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
Travel to other retail locations within Knox County as well as Utica if needed
Pass a pre-employment drug screen (including THC)
Pass a pre-employment background check
Learn to refill Propane tanks
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as bend, twist, squat, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
