• Candidates must be capable of working on high-value, complex machinery (multi-million-dollar equipment) and demonstrate real, practical experience—not just basic mechanical work.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery
• Perform alignment, rigging, conveyor work, bearing replacement, and gearbox repair
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawing
• Complete welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs

• 4+ years of millwright experience (equivalent to a union millwright apprenticeship)
• Strong mechanical aptitude, common sense, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to read schematics and perform alignment work (laser alignment can be trained)
• Willingness to learn specialized equipment like 9-axis machines, CNCs, and laser systems
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
• Able to work in industrial environments and lift heavy materials
• Dependable transportation preferred
