As a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, we have exciting plans for continued growth, and we want you to be part of them.Position Summary:The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining manufacturing equipment in a safe, reliable, and productive operating condition. This position troubleshoots, monitors, adjusts, repairs, installs, and services equipment and machinery throughout the facility.Essentials Duties and Responsibilities:Work with electrical motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.Repair, install, adjust, modify, and service all equipment.Evaluate equipment reliability and take actions to improve performance.Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and all other company safety requirements.Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of two years of experience in industrial maintenance.Skilled and experienced in the areas of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, basic welding, and Rigging.Ability to use a programmable logic controller (PLC) for troubleshooting purposes.Complete work orders in a safe manner.Perform preventative maintenance.Willingness and ability to learn AAE's manufacturing processes.Working Environment:Comfortable in a manufacturing environment.Ability to lift and move equipment or parts that weigh up to 50 pounds.Benefits:Receive Additional Shift Premium Pay for 2nd & 3rd Shift PositionsSign-On Bonus for Eligible New HiresMedical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsLife and Supplement LifeSTD/LTDPaid Holidays401 (k) Saving Plan with Company MatchFlexible spending accountHealth savings accountPaid Time OffEmployee Referral Bonus & Perfect Attendance BonusHealth Club Membership DiscountsDisclaimer and Acknowledgements:We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
